Planning notes
Gravel is made from two rocks placed side by side and returns three aggregate. It currently ends its own crafting branch: no workbench recipe or quest consumes it. Make it when you specifically want the material, not while preparing the weapon, shelter, or healing chains.
Its finished status makes gravel suitable for storage or exchange with another player, but raw rock remains more flexible. Keeping rocks unprocessed preserves the option to knap stone later, which is usually the stronger choice during early progression.
