Planning notes
A torch converts one charcoal and one stick into portable light. Put it on the quick bar before dusk so it can be selected without opening inventory while travelling. It solves visibility, but it does not replace the warmth and cooking functions of a campfire.
The ingredients overlap with the campfire recipe, so prepare both when wood is plentiful. Choose a torch for movement and route-finding; choose a campfire when the plan involves stopping, recovering warmth, or cooking a hunt before heading home.
