Preparation and rewards
The dire lion is the culmination of the current armor chain. It has the highest speed and health combination in the bestiary, crossing savanna ground at 10.8 m/s with 180 health. Enter with the full sequence of earlier rewards, a stone sword, and healing on the quick bar. Open terrain is dangerous but necessary: obstacles make its charge harder to read. Victory completes the progression from sanctuary lessons to deliberate predator hunting.
