Planning notes
One raw rock yields two usable stones, exactly enough for a stone sword when paired with one stick. That makes the sword a natural first stone project. Later recipes ask for three stones for an axe or campfire.
Process rock in response to a recipe rather than filling the pack with every intermediate material. Stone cannot be traded back into raw rock, and gravel follows a different pattern. A small reserve is still worthwhile because tools and a replacement campfire often become urgent away from the Haven.
